When I woke up this morning, I wasn’t terribly excited for hotel breakfast or very hungry so I stopped at Starbucks for an iced coffee. I ended up with a morning bun as well that I picked at throughout the morning.
Since I didn’t have a snack I was pretty hungry when dinner time rolled around. I headed out to Blue Moose. I’ve been there a few times over the course of my travels here but I have to say this was probably one of the best meals I’ve had there. I need to figure out how to recreate this sauce.

Breakfast at the hotel: Raisin Bran with skim milk and a banana.
Iced coffee from Starbucks on the way to the office.
Lunch from Chipotle: A burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, peppers and onions, pico de gallo, corn, medium salsa and sour cream.
Dinner at Outback: Classic sirloin with green beans and sauteed mushrooms and onions
The bar at Outback doesn’t provide the greatest lighting for taking a picture of what you’re eating but you do what you can I suppose. At least the new Dreaming Tree wine I tried was good!
